SkyEye USB Tracker 8.34 and lower

NOAA 18 frequency change, NOAA 12 permanantly Deactivated

On 16th Aug 2007 NOAA 18 APT frequency was changed.

Resolution: The frequency will need to be changed in your software.

Go to the Capture menu - Advanced diagnostics and sellect set frequency manually.

For NOAA 18 make sure the frequency is changed to 137.1
Also Turn off NOAA 12 to avoid conflict with NOAA 15
